Bar Muscle-up Seminar with Coach Jane! This seminar focuses solely on the bar muscle-up.

This seminar will run over 2 weeks and will have three 1.5 hour sessions.  During the 3 sessions we will focus on specific drills to help you either get your first bar muscle-up or refine the one you got. Sound movement means efficiency and efficiency means more reps.

We will also cover strength exercises and scales that you can do in WODs or on your own time to help you further develop the skill. Members and Non-members welcome. 


  • 3-5 Strict Pull-ups
