*20 seconds on, 10 seconds off.  Rotate every movement for a total of 8 rounds.

Hey CFS fam, 

Thank you to all of the teams, spectators, and behind the scenes crew in our very first "21 Girls Relay" event.  As always, the Crossfit community blew us away with their level of fitness and quality of movement. It was great to see the teams supporting each other as they built camaraderie and community.
