Hey CFS fam, 

It is Week 1 of the 2020 Crossfit Games Open!  Click HERE to reserve your spot as well as to judge for tomorrow night.

Just like last year, we will run a workout brief at the top of every hour to give you some efficiency tips. Please come 20-30 minutes prior to your heat time to give yourself enough time to warm-up.
