Hey CFS fam,

Today is Jane's birthday and we are celebrating with the only way we know how....all of the fitness.  When I create birthday WODs, I typically ask for favourite and least favourite movements as well as preferred time domain.  Can you pick out Jane's favourite and least favourite movement in this workout? Also, I didn't want to give it away but she is turning 33.  Hope you all enjoy it!
