Hey CFS fam, 

The "21 Girls Team Relay" event will be running all day today.  For those of you participating - Good luck and have fun!  For those of you who are not participating but would like to still get some fitness, we are running one workout in the park by the Crossfit Sunalta Community Center at 9am.
