Hey CFS fam, 

Just a reminder that we have another long weekend, which means we have holiday hours this Monday, August 5th!  We will run classes at 9am, 10am, 11am and 12pm open gym.  We will program "CFS Strong" WOD for Monday to be completed during open gym if you like.  If you are in town this weekend, come on down for some fitness.
