Hey CFS fam, 

Just a reminder that it's Victoria Day weekend, which means we are running Holiday hours on Monday, May 20th.  We will have classes running at 9am, 10am, 11am and open gym at 12pm.  We will program a strength WOD on Monday to be completed at open gym if you wish not to miss out on the gains.
