Happy Thanksgiving, CFS Fam!

We have special holiday hours today for Thanksgiving. Our regular WOD class times are 9am, 10am, and 11am, and you can do the Crossfit Strong programming during Open Gym at noon. 

If you didn't get a chance to do the Open WOD, it can be done during Open Gym at noon today.
