Hey CFS Fam, 

 

The last Open WOD is finally here, which means we get to celebrate our hard work with pizza and beer at the end of the workout. Please click HERE to reserve your spot to compete as well as to judge for tomorrow night.

As always, remember to come 20-30 minutes prior to your heat time to give yourself enough time to warm-up.  We will also run a workout brief at the top of every hour, to review movement standards and give some tips.
