Hey CFS fam, 

With the influx of new and returning members in the new year we want to remind you to register for classes ahead of time.  To ensure your safety and the quality of your experience we have lowered the class cap from 16 to 15 people.  Therefore, effective immediately,  if you are not signed in or you haven't preregistered for a class and it is full, we will ask you to wait to participate in the next class.   

We hate to turn people away when they show up to work out, however, we think its important to cap the classes.  Lets face it, we have all been in a class with too many people packed in like sardines with barbells.  It's not fun to have to worry about your space/safety while you are working out.
