Hey CFS fam, 

A few of you were asking about the Stoked Oats Love Balls that were provided by our neighbours, Tri-it Multisport store, and served at the Halloween Havoc.  Here is the recipe in case you would like to try to make some at home. 

STOKED OATS LOVE BALLS

  • 2 cups of Stoked Oats Aphrodisi-oats (contains gluten-free oats, semi-dark chocolate chips, almonds, flax seeds, and chia seeds)

  • 1/2 cup of either almond butter or peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Pinch of salt

*Mix everything in a bowl, make into small balls, refrigerate for 1 hour.  Serve and enjoy.
