Some days everything lines up and you feel like the Incredible Hulk or Wonder Woman, and some days you convince yourself to work out through sheer force of will, not because you want to. We always want you to give your best effort but that does fluctuate from day to day. Knowing what kind of day you are having, and approaching it with the right mindset will help you get the most out of your training.
This video explains the three different type of training days/mindsets you should consider before doing your work out. These are High Intensity, Moderate Intensity, and Low intensity training days. I’ve also added in a few words at the end about the importance of variance in your training.
