Step 1

NO SWEAT INTRO

Schedule your FREE no sweat intro session with one of our coaches. We will introduce you to our community, show you our space, learn about your goals and see how we can help.

Step 2

LEARN FUNDAMENTALS

Before joining regular CrossFit classes all beginners must complete our Foundations Program. We want to make sure each person knows how to move safely, has an idea of the class structure, and learns the gym etiquette.

Step 3

START CROSSFIT

Once you have completed the Foundations Program you are ready to join our regular CrossFit classes. Pick a membership that suits your needs and we will continue to help you work towards your goals.
