The 3 hour tour around the “Gilligan’s” island is back. This is a chance to test your endurance outside the typical one hour class format. This event is open to everyone --> Crossfitter or not. This is a great way to shake up your training, meet some friends and test your fitness.
30 min cycling
20 min running
10 min rowing
3 Rounds for Max Accumulated Distance
Please note that you will need your own bicycle or share one with a friend. There will be running and biking loops set up around the gym.
The Cost includes a Jersey and light refreshments.
