Hey CFS fam, 

Gymnastics seminars are back! We have changed the format of the seminars.  Instead of having a beginner and intermediate classes we are running a 2 week skill specific seminar.  In the 2 weeks we will focus on only one skill, which will allow us to break down the movement, do drills and go over scaling options.  First up is bar muscle-ups.  Click HERE to learn more and to register.
