Hey CFS fam, 

We hope you enjoyed your weekend.  Just wanted to remind you that we have some things coming up in the next month which you can look out for.  We will run the "Gilligan" WOD this Saturday from 11am-2pm, which means we are only running 9am and 10am regular Crossfit Classes.  We also have the Pride Charity WOD coming up at the end of the month.  Click HERE to learn more and to sign-up.  

Lastly, the Crossfit Games Open 2019 2.0 Season is already upon us.  The first workout will be announced on Thursday, October 10th.  We will open registration shortly, but in the mean time Coach Jane is offering Open Prep Gymnastics Classes (beginner and advance).  Make this your best open yet and spend some time learning and improving your gymnastics.  You can sign-up HERE or at the front desk.
